Appointments

An appointment time planned for you is particularly allotted for you. We will be thankful if you let us know prior to 24 hours that you want to cancel your appointment. We perfectly consider that a situation sometimes arises which necessitates you to cancel the appointment. If the appointment is missed for the second time without 24 hours prior intimation, it will cost you an additional charge.

Insurance

Our organization is aimed at making you achieve maximum of the advantages of your insurance policies. As the structures of insurance policies are so varied, we can merely estimate about your coverage, and not predict certainly about it because of the intricate nature of insurance contracts. It is necessary to pay your assessed patient quantity at the time of the orthodontic procedure. Insurance companies are billed by us for the services, in the interest of our patients, and 45 days is the time period, within which they have to make the payment. After the period of 60 days, you are considered to be responsible for the entire balance, to be paid in full. Ask any problem to our cooperative staff and they will solve them.
