Food to Avoid
Under most of the circumstances, you can recognize which food items you will have to avoid. Amongst the foods to be avoided, there are primarily hard and sticky foods, as well as sugary confectionery. Hard foods are likely to harm or crack the wires and brackets. Sticky foods get stuck into them. Consume sugary foods as least as possible; they can result into tooth decay and other associated diseases.

Minimize Sugary Foods like
- Ice Cream
- Pie
- Cake
- Cookies
- Candy
Only Once a Day:
- Kool-Aid
- Drinks having Sugar
- Soda
- Tea with Sugar
- Gatorade
